Simple Returns & Exchanges

• Begin the process using just your order number and email.
• Whether opened or used, you can return or exchange products within 30 days of delivery.
• If there's an oversight on our part, please reach out within 48 hours. We'll rectify it, either by sending the correct items or processing a full refund.
• While we accept returns for opened or used products, they must be in good condition to qualify.
• When arranging your own return shipping, make sure it has a tracking option. We recommend providers like Blue Dart, DTDC, ECOM Express, or Delhivery.
• Always return products in their original condition and packaging.
• All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
• Essancia Living is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
