When can I expect my order?
We at essancia™ know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. Please note that we usually require 24 hours on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!
Most orders are delivered, on average, within 5 - 7 business days. On some rare occasions, due to holidays or unseen circumstances, orders may take a few more days.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
We provide tracking for every order. You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. All essancia™ products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from the time of delivery. If a product is defective or does not match the description please initiate a return/exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED:
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
